Shipping Options

We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia, as well as international shipping (including to the US and other major countries).

  • Customers can select express shipping at checkout if you need your order by a specific date.

  • All orders include tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • We’re always happy to assist with special delivery requests where possible — just get in touch.

  • Any unclaimed parcel from the post office is the responsibility of the purchaser. If your parcel is returned to us due to not being collected from the post office, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to have it resent once we receive the parcel back. 

Shipping Timeframes

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia Standard: 2–7 business days

  • Australia Express: 1–3 business days

  • International Standard (e.g. US): 8–14 business days

  • International Express: 3–6 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes only and may vary due to customs processing, peak periods, or local postal delays.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $150 AUD.

  • For orders under $150, regular Australia Post rates apply.

  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time, but express upgrades are available at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

We are in no way responsible for any import or duty taxes imposed by your country.

Please check these charges before placing your order. New American Tariff charges are included at checkout on all US orders.
